quick Coil spring question

Say i have 2 ZJ Pro-comp 3" lift coils
and 2 XJ Rough country 3" lift coils

Witch ones will lift the XJ More? Will the ZJ springs give me 4''?

There are two Pro Comp 3" coils listed on their site- one for the V8 (pn 55598), and one for the I6(55592), which is also the 3" XJ coil.

I wouldn't count on 4" but they should give you a little more lift. They will likely be slightly stiffer.

As far as lifting MORE, I would say the ZJ coils.. how much? YMMV

Yeah, how much depends on what engine the ZJ coils are intended for (V8 coils are stiffer, engine is heavier.) But the ZJ ones will definitely lift at least the same amount and likely a bit more.
