What rear axle. What tire size. what intended use(dd or off road only)
 
Go with the front. You won't blow up the D30 (get the bigger u-joints), don't waste any money on the D35, it won't activate on the roadway but will greatly enhance offroad perfomance.
 
Agreed, unless you drive it in 4wd on the roads AND give it gas while turning. What transfer case? 231 or 242?

If it's a 231 go with the front, 242 I'll let someone else answer as I have no real experience with fulltime 4Hi behavior.
 
grab a 29sp from the junk yard and aussie lock it, would be a good cheap upgrade to the garbage you have.
