Bumper attachment?

Just got my custom built rear bumper and it is built with mount plates to match the factory holes that the original bumper mounted to. I am wondering if this method of mounting is strong enough. Is there a better way to mount such a bumper? Here is the bumper.

If you are having a custom bumper built you should have them fab mounts. so that it mounts using the Hitch mounting hole on the rear frame rails. Stock style mounts are not strong enough for any recovery work.

Bumper is already here. I have figured out that I need to fab up some tie in brackets to go under the bumper and attach to the frame. Thanks though.
