rear shock bushings

i have a 2 inch rubicon express lift on my xj. my jeep seems to eat shock bushings. I drive it off road maybe once every other month but driven mostly on the street. Does anyone know what may cause this?
 
Front or back?

Probably front, get some bar pin eliminators.
