TJ Borla header?

Any issues to be concerned with swapping a TJ Borla to a 94 XJ?

I found one for a decent price, just wanted to make sure it was compatible with my factory downpipe.
 
The header i found was cheap at 100.. was hoping i could use it.

Ehall.. i'm running a YJ header now. Got it in a box of parts i bought for a 258 to 4.0L conversion so i swapped it on two years ago. Looks like i'll order an APN.

97-99 TJ used the same exhaust manifold as 91-99 XJ's w/ 4.0's, and a 00/01 XJ would share the TJ 00+.

Only difference I could think of would be the flange at the bottom how it hooks up to the down pipe but that's easily remedied.
 
The Borlas (at least the new ones) pretty much all have a specific downpipe- if you look at the catalogs/Borla's website, none have flanges.

Maybe it's not really a TJ header, or perhaps not even a Borla. For $100 though, I'd be really tempted to try it. I'd at least take a good long look.
