knocking front end

i have 5 inches of lift and a rc drop adjustable track bar. when i turn right at 25mph and more than on turn of the wheel i get a loud knock but that is only right not left and when i did this.

any help would be nice

Bad shock bushing?
loose track bar?
loose lca or uca?

Could be a bad unit bearing or tie rod end.

what is the best way to test these ideas?

Lift the front end or one wheel off the ground at a time and see if the wheel has any play up and down or side to side. If it does, have someone shake the wheel while you look underneath to see where the play is coming from.

loose control arm?
check the front axle u joints as well.
