Ok so I destroyed the body on my Xj.
Would my lift parts swap over To an MJ and sit like it does on my Xj?
Or will some things not work and others will?

... Or do I need to just look at other xj's cuz nothing will work?

I'm at about 6" of lift with RE drop brackets and adjustable control arms.

Every thing from the front seats forward. MJ has longer wheel base, different 'frame' behind the cab, gas tank. Spring under stock as trippled said.

The good news is going spring over gives you roughly 4 1/2 inches and all you need is new spring perches and a longer brake line.

And I might have a good home for your XJ rear springs. :D

front yes, spring over the rear and that will pretty much match the front height. im on 6.5 coils, rear SOA with 2wd leafs and 1" RC shackles and it has about a 1" rake (back higher than front).

So my rear driveshaft would not be long enough either then, correct?

I swapped everything from my 98 XJ to my 92 MJ and went SOA. The biggest expense of the whole swap was getting a custom rear driveshaft made, about $325.

If you have braces for your drop brackets, they won't work either. The unibody frame behind the control arm mounts are different from an XJ to MJ.
