New lifters?

Hi guys, 95/XJ 4.0
I have the head off for an overhaul at the moment and was thinking about
replacing the lifters while I'm in there. They're fairly cheap, easy to do and there is 132,000 miles on them now.
Can anyone see a down side?

use a name brand.

I have used new lifters with an old cam without problems, but never use old lifters with a new cam.
