i pulled the front ds because it was causing baaaadddddddddd vibes at highway speeds and clicked while going slow. thought it was the u joints but it appears to be the socket the ball sits in for the cv joint. is this a part i can replace or is it time to find a new ds? thanks

I believe you can replace it, but it'll cost you 20 bucks to get a whole new driveshaft at a boneyard, and takes a lot less time.
