speaker help quick

So im trying to put new speakers in my doors, well the wire is bad and i need to run new wire from the back of the deck to the doors. How do i get wire through the door? I cant get wire thought anyplace. Where the boot from the door is to the inside I cant get anything through eather. What have other guys done. or what should I do?

There is some stiff but still flexible pipe you can get at the hardware store that you can shove through there and then run the wire through the pipe, if that makes sense. Kinda like Pex pipe it may be Pex pipe. This is what I use at work to get wires through doors and fire walls and stuff.

This is what I have in my tool box, Snap on and Mac sell a similar kit that does the same thing.

Tape the new wire to the old wire at the speaker location and then use the old wire as a pull string to pull the new wire through. Make sure you have them taped together securely and go slow.
