What would keep a 87 from starting???

1987 Comanche, 2.5 4 cylinder, fuel injected. Will not start unless you prime it at the throttle body, then it will run all day, and restart after you shut it off. But if it sits any period of time it will not start.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Temperature sensor not enrichening the mixture for cold start-up. Just like not having a choke on a carbureted motor.
