how to re-attach rear fender flares after trimming

I need to put mine back on for inspection this week, only looking for temp. solution. I cut and folded so I don't think I can rivet them on, superglue? any other semi-permanent ways that are quick to do?

hot glue, holds great and comes right off. I use it all the time to glue pieces of wood to eachother to turn on the wood lathe, it really holds well, on metal its not as good but it will work for what you say.
 
go to wally world and get some vel cro in the arts and crafts section, scotch has it called reclosable fasteners, worked well for me for a few months
