97+ HVAC system overhaul?

Guys I have the HVAC unit out of my 99' XJ that is going into my MJ project. I have the unit dissasembled so that before I put it in the MJ I would like to replace some parts as preventative maintenance.

So far I plan to replace:

Blower Motor Resistor
Evaporator Core
Heater Core

What else should I replace?

lube all the door hinges with white grease.

Inspect the foam seals and replace as needed.

Run screws down the center of the nubs that the actuating arms sit on.
