headlight upgrade h4's

i bought a 97 Cherokee a couple weeks ago to replace the 90 Cherokee i sold the old Cherokee had silver star stock replacements and they were decent. the 97 has stock replacements and they are terrible!

so ive decided its time to upgrade gonna get some fuseable links and some relays but want to order lights as well.

so heres the question what are "city lights" and do i need them?

No. You don't need "city lights".

I recommend IPF H4 housings, and whichever bulbs you want.
