phase 1 purchase new o-rings
phase 2 remove fuel rail (just a few bolts holding it to manifold)
phase 3 unplug all injectors
phase 4 yank out fuel rail
phase 5 pull injectors that didn't follow the rail
phase 6 remove and replace o-rings on injectors
phase 7 Put fuel rail over small bucket and cycle key a few times to purge any junk that may be in line.
phase 8 put injectors back in rail,
phase 9 put rail back in jeep
phase 10 bolt rail back down and test run.
Are you shure the leaks are the o rings? Often they will leak between the metal housing and the plastic body. If they are the originals, then this is likely. My 90 had this problem earlier this year. New injectors was a big performance boost.
If you've got that much fuel leaking, you probably should park that XJ until you get those injectors replaced. There's a couple of guys around here who have lost XJs due to engine fires from leaking injectors.
