My 94 Cherokee was written off a couple months ago and I recently picked up a 2000 white 2dr and now I'm in the process of swapping over all the parts.
Specs for the 94
4.0L AW4 242 with SYE
6.5" BDS LA lift
Dana 44s with 4.56 gears and aussies front and rear
The 2dr is your standard sport configuration 4.0L AW4 231 D30-8.25

I want to transfer over everything except for the 242 because I want 2low, If I go with JBs HD supershort sye is my rear driveshaft going to be long enough? or do I need to go with the standard length one?

It doesnt matter since they dont make a SYE kit fot the 242 except a H-N-T!

That is up to you to determine. Drive shaft length will vary based on the SYE brand/type, the lift height and the axle you are using.

Any decent drive line shop can shorten/lengthen and re-balance a drive shaft for about $75.
