xj hp 30 into a zj ??

yeah, but you'll have issues with the ABS assuming the HP30 doesn't have the ABS tone ring and such.
 
the xj has a.b.s ! the zj has the full time 4wd transfer case in it that would'nt mess with it would it ?? also the zj has c.v. stlye shaft's !
 
tcase doesn't matter. Neither does the cv shaft vs ujoint shaft. I've seen ZJ guys switch out their axles for ujoint versions.
 
you may have issues with the caster adjustment. On the ZJ they are on the axle side of the lowers while on the XJ they are on the frame side of the lowers.
