Need help with shocks

Hey all I just got the Rubicon Express 3.5" lift and need to buy some shocks. I was looking around and have decided on some bilstein's. Now the problem is they have ones that are for 2-3" of lift and ones for 4" of lift and i don't know which ones will be right. Any help would be awesome.

Flex your Jeep and measure full stuff and full droop, then find shocks that match with those measurements. Do this front and rear.
