switched ignition on fuse in a 97 xj

Anyone know where the switched ignition on fuse is located in a 97 xj? Im tring to do the tests to figure out why my gauge cluster is not working. Thanks
 
Fuse 2 and 3 under hood are going to ignition switch both should be 40A fuses, fuse 9 in the kick panel is going to the instrument cluster lights and should be a 10A.
