Bent Shock

no, its not bent!! its just confused! ha ha dont ask how this happened. i will be buying new shocks today hpefully. I have 2 brand new bilstein 5150's at home but they are 14 inch travel and are too long for my 5 inches of lift. by the way the shock is a rubicon express

when fully drooped the body of the shock will hit the body of the jeep. especially on the passenger side.

my bumpstop plate thats mounted on top of the leaf springs bent mine my first trip out with a new lift.

anyone fabricate their own upper coil buckets and shock mounts? maybe mount the shock a little farther outside of the body so there isnt the problem with it contacting the frame at full droop? if only the radius arm with trac bar setup wasnt so LAME!
