96 xj stalling out, and doesnt start sometimes..?

I got a 96 xj a few months ago, its 1 of 4 that I've had and this 1 seems to be the nicest 1 so far. I'll be driving down the road and it will cut off on me (under 30mph). When it does cut off, it takes 4ever to start back up and sometimes it doesnt get fire to the rotor cap. I've replaced the following, dis cap, rotor button, plugs, wires, pickup stetter ( camshaft sensor), crankshaft position sensor, ignition coil, battery terms, and the fuel filter. The fuel pump cuts on just fine, it just doesnt get spark when it cuts off, I've checked every wire I can find to c if there is a short but no luck....Please some1 with knowledge of this help me out..:wstupid:

Try swapping the relays around, might be an ASD relay issue.
