Washer fluid pump fuse?

Just bought a 2000 XJ. Replaced the washer fluid reservoir with one from the junk yard, 91 or something. Anyway I can not get any of the pumps to work, the ones that came with the 2000 or the two that came with the 91 reservoir. Is there a fuse to the washer fluid pumps? I looked in my owners manual and there is not a layout for fuses!! It says there should be one with the fuse box by the passenger feet, must be missing. I looked up the fuse layout and did not see any for washer fluid motors. Any help would be great.
