not sure on color due to being colorblind but looked like maybe a flat blue with a driver side white fender probably a 6-8 inch lift and what sounded like a built engine (i think)

it was on beach and garden grove around 4:30 pm also made eye contact younger guy i think

i keep seeing a blue xj going up and down irwindale blvd in azusa below the 210 lifted looks like 4.5 or so big flares anyone here?
