DIY beadlocks and valve stem?

Thing about ordering a set of DIY beablocks like these http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/-Ballistic-Steel-Beadlock_p_1589.html
But what do you guys do about the valve stem? I have the plain jane d-window stealies. Can i just use a "L" stem or plug the stock stem hole and make a new one somewere else?

The better kits will have a cut out for the valve stem. Otherwise you can use the L or some just get a long, stainless style and with a brake line bender bend it to fit.
