I am trying to figure out what needs to happen here. I am getting allot of mixed info. Here is my story:
1. I have a 91' XJ W/4.0HO AW4 NP242
2. I am swapping in an NP231 out of an 89' XJ W/4.0 AW4
3. I need to swap out 21 spline input shaft on the T-case for 23 spline to make it work.
4. Where can i find the proper application of gear shaft?
I know mine is a short 21 spline count short length early gear cut according to http://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge/np_nvg_input_gears.htm
I just need to get my hands on the required 23 spline shaft. Please e-mail suggestions to [email protected] Thank you.
