replacing crimped end RE control arm bushings

I've already searched and didn't come up with much. I am needing to replace the bushings in my RE superflex lower arms. They are the type with the crimped bushing ring and the hourglass shaped bushing. Just looking at them and the replacement bushings it looks like it will be a chore getting the new ones in. Does anyone have any tips to make this process go smoother.

when i had to get mine out i drilled a bunch of holes in it it made it come out a lot easier... putting in i greased it up and used a c-clamp with flat peices of steel to push it in.

Pretty sure they sell a special tool for taking those joints apart....
