Quickie of a question

OK, I searched but with no luck
95 Cherokee Country currently running three inch lift that was pieced together. Front coils are crap and too soft. No winch,YET.. If I order Rusty's front 3" should I go standard or hd?

I have an unknown frankenstein 3" lift too. From everything I have read on here, Rubicon Express is the way to go for a new lift. Good luck.
