I'm getting a low idle which has cut out on me a couple of times mainly when coasting to a junction and doing a sharp turn where the extra load from the power steering pump has caused the engine to idle even lower and stall (no brakes or steering).
Today on starting her she would fire up ok then die immediately this happened 5 or 6 times before she ran normally.
I've cleaned the idle air valve on the carb and am wondering what i should replace or try next.
Any help or opinion is appreciated.
