What exactly is needed for the ebrake? I have a set of brackets but the ebrake backing plates are trashed. Can i cut the rest off and just use the inside part for the pins that hold the shoes in? I would only be using the e brake for inspection as mine is an auto and i very rarely will use the ebrake.
