Second is right, as scott said - if that's a spacer (can't tell if it's a plastic spacer or a rubber isolator), make sure you put an isolator under it, else it'll wear and possibly make noise.

Unless it's all torn up, I see no problems doing so I'm going to be using a pair from an MJ at the local pull-a-part when I do my lift this weekend. Just check to see if they're worn/punctured/cracked and I think you should be fine.
PS - by "under" I mean physically lower - between the spacer and the top of the spring. Not sure if I said that clearly enough before.
