96 electrical issue

Hi,

I keep blowing fuses in the ac aux fan relay. I lose the ac, aux fan in one shot. As an added bonus, I get codes for the o2 sensor and evap purge solenoid (?). It seems to be on the same circuit as the front o2 sensor.

Initially, the issue was three melted wires to the o2 sensor. I replaced the wires, and both o2 sensors since my jeep has 120k or so. Ideas? Where should I look? I'm sick of replacing fuses and throwing parts at this.

The fuse seems to blow on start up, if it blows.

It's currently showing codes P1491 and P0443. Usually, the codes for the front o2 sensor and the code for a small or large leak in the evap system show up with those codes.
