Stock downpipe diameter?

Just looking for a measurement of the OD of the stock '97+ downpipe, preferably from before and after the step-ups as it crosses under the motor, if you've got them. Mine has a nice solid coating of baked on mud preventing me from getting a true measurement.

I think mine was 2" out of the manifold, then the stock "squish" reduced it well below 2", then after that it got much bigger before the cat, like 2.75-3" if I remember right. This was before I got long headers and a new downpipe.
