I just sold my saturd and the buyer told me that DMV kicked back the pink because the second person on the title didn't sign. I was wondering if this is bs because the pink says

I know in California if it says "or" you don't need both but if it says "And" you do

depends on where you go... different dmv's are more forgiving on that type stuff... my opinion? tell the guy to sign the damn thing!

Well Its my fiance' and her dad her dad is in California and she already signed it.
