Passenger side front flexing more?

souske

Front: Rustys 4" springs, lowers, and trackbar, Terra Uppers and Discos
Rear: 4.5 RE

I have cut and folded the rears and relocated the flares to bolt above the pinch seam, stock bumps, no rubbing

On the fronts the flares are moved up to the beltline, ripped the flare out
So i added 3 hockey pucks to the passenger side and bolted my flare back up

Its still rubbing, pulling the flare off and bending in the quarter panel by the front of the door

So why is the passenger side flexing so much more?
some options so far

1. just add another hockey puck, itll be fine!
2. drop brackets? help them angles out and push the axle out more, the coils are bowed forward
3. use an aftermarket bump? urethane stock type or those foam spring lookin ones?

or anything else you may come up with ( also time>money at the moment)

Its the trackbar/mounting !!

Does your trackbar hit the pumpkin?

I suppose that the trackbar could indeed be acting a bumpstop on the pumpkin side. Never before thought it could have effects beyond scratching the diff cover. I might have to move "get a different tracbar" farther up my list, I was going to wait until the diff-to-bar contact finally broke the joint.

The trackbar will bind at the axle mount, the trick is to grind the mount back for clearance!
