So my fuel pump started to whine after i did my fuel filter, this means its goin bad right, and if so where can i get a cheap one?

Check the wires to the Fuel pump ballast resistor, or the resistor itself.
Sorry about the crappy picture. It's the first thing along the fender rail. Ceramic, 2 wires.
