Front spring hanger weld nut

I have a dodge van main spring in as the top leaf in my pack and I need to do something about the front bishing using a larger bolt thant the cherokee. I think its about one size up. How much material is on that weld nut? Id like to just drill and tap it for the next size.

Installing a second sleeve in the dodge bushing would be faster and easier.

There isnt enough room for a second sleeve. I thought about that first. Its only like 1/16 difference.

Drilling and tapping the existing weldnut would probably work. There's should be enough meat to drill and tap 1/16 of an inch.

how much room is there? I may just open up the spring pocket again and take a peak.......
