Jeep jerking

1996 Jeep Cherokee automatic starts to jerk (the steering wheel) once I get up to around 25MPH.

I recently replaced the whole exhaust sytem, and ran about 4 blocks w/out the upper 02 sensor so i'm not sure if that has any effect, but a new 02 sensor is in there now.

What should I check as far as why it starts jerking around that MPH?

It appears you have a tire balance or an alignment isssue,which is why your feeling that jerking in your steering wheel.

Which would be weird because I haven't driven the Jeep in a couple months.

possible that you've flat spotted a tire? jack each wheel up and spin- see if there are any variations in the contact patch all the way around.

Rusty brake rotors can also have that effect. The new $20 ones are Chinese metal and rust like crazy if the sit for a week or so. Try pumping the brakes some to work the rust out.

I would also say tires could be out of balance.
