exhaust: different between the 2.5 and 4.0?

I have a 94, 2 door with a 2.5 and ax5. i bought it incomplete and i am piecing it together. i was missing the exhaust from the manifold back. i bought the dynamax cat back setup but still need from manifold to the cat.

I'm having issues finding a good answer on what i need. first and foremost, is the manifold back pipe different from the 2.5 to the 4.0?

how about 2 door to 4 door? although i'm 99% sure there is no difference no matter what door configuration...
