Goat Mountain Work Party

So, the folks over at Northwest Overland Society are putting together a work party up in the Goat Mountain area. We've been in contact with the Forest Service folks, they've got us all covered on where to go and such. They've even offered to get us a dumpster or dumptruck from Clackamas County Dump Stoppers as well as a Sheriffs office "escort" in case we have any problems. (we'll be in several of the illegal shooting areas, we don't want to get shot or nothing)

Anyway, if anybody wants to sign up or get more info come over to NWOS, you will need to give your contact info to the organizer so the FS can have waivers set up for us

I'm down to help.
Every time I come back from there, I have to bring back some bag or pile of stuff.

And I would like to get in good with the law out that way!!!

stop by the estacada ranger station and get a map of the area that show s what land is still blm. i got stopped by a sherrif coming down from cougar rock headed out to 211 on the main gravel road and was told i was on private property, they had signs but no gates.
