okay so I bought a 98 xj about 4 monthes ago it runs just fine with 200,000 miles on it, im the second owner. The seat belts dont lock up, I have replacement belts but I put them in a storage container and I let them retract fully now I cant stretch the belt open to put the bolts into place? what to do????? please help
