I've found M10-1.25 and M10-1.5 for the metric one, anyone know for sure which it is or which years each applies to?

M10-1.5 is a standard ISO thread, with M10-1.25 being a slightly exotic "fine" thread. If you have an ISO screw on your starter motor, it should be M10-1.5.
