torquing things down. whendo you do it.

So im halfway through a lift install and i was justwonddering whateveryone else did. I've pretty much torqued everything down but the lower control arms.

do some of y'all wait to torque everything down until you get it back under its own weight.
(talking about disconnects, coil retainers, shocks, )


details: 3.5 re, no the track bar hasnt been installed, ive just got the front end done so far except for mounting tires and track bar.
 
i torque, put it back on the ground, drive it around the block a couple times, and come back and recheck everything once its all settled. things tend to move around a bit after its been driven.

I also re-torque everything whenever I go on a trip though ( along with check all the fluids, etc)
 
I run it on with the impact, then load it on the trailer.

Done.
