Short notice - Need Help tomorrow!!!

Hey gang,

Sorry for the short notice, but I am looking for some help tomorrow - SATURDAY!

I need to install the lift on my wife's TJ. I also need to install the front and rear bumpers.

Starting at 10:00 AM.

hey man i might be able to make it shoot me a PM and I will give you a call in the morning. I will come up there from San Diego if I dont run into anything else tonight. Anyone else from San Diego that wants to go but doesnt want to drive PM me. I wil be home late tonight to write back.

Nah, we finished up Johnny's stuff. Then I had to go pick up my boy. All work is over when he is around....

Johnny is comming back tomorrow and will bring his 1 1/4 socket and we will tackle it then.

We are going to install the lift and the original axles tomorrow. The I can install the bumpers on Sunday. The hopefully drive it around alittle.

As soon as the replacement axles get here, then I will need to install the SYE and get the driveshafts done.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO MIKE, JOHNNY, & JOSH FOR THEIR HELP TODAY!!!

My wife changed my mind a couple of different times on what to do about the axles. We decided to go ahead and wait for the D44 and matching D30, which should be here at the end of this next week. There was a lot of time spent on debating what to do and figuring out the steps. We almost re-installed the D35 and D30, but then I would have to get driveshaft work done. That would be alot of money to get a day or two wheeling out of, plus several small unknowns.

We did get some things accomplished today:

Rear bumper w/ tire carrier installed
Advanced Adapter SYE kit
T-case/belly skid install
Ate some doughnuts
Ate alot of pizza

Things still to do:

Install front bumper
Install drop pitman arm
Finish installing the rock rails
add ATF to the t-case
trim rear bumpstops for rear bumper
buy and install CB w/ antenna
Lift and axles (upon arrival)
measure and get driveshafts made
exhaust work - touching gas tank skid



Oh BTW, Scott - We downloaded a decoder and the sound now works!!!

No problem. It was cool getting an SYE lesson from Professor Rollins.

BTW, I have a Uniden 510XL CB radio that you can have for cheap. It works great. I just got a new Cobra.
