Winchester bay camping

Where is some good camping up there cheaper is better, goin tomorrow will I need fire permits? Where can I get camping, sand tags and said fire permits . Thanks!

i camp in the sand at the end of the paved road... just keep drivin til you're as far out as you wanna be... you can buy all you're sand tags at the little grocery store right on the corner of 101 and the road that takes you in the dunes... (forget the name of the road) usually don't need fire permits.
