Need a safe place to mount my amp

I never expected to put a system in my xj but I came across some very nice stuff. I have a genesis amp that I must keep safe. I need som ideas or pics even. I was thinkin upsidedown on the ceiling or on the back of the rear seat. I wanted to tuck it away in the panneling but spear look like that will happen by the way my jeep is a 99 and the amp is about 18x10x1.5arty:
