How do these disco's look?

Is that slop okay? I cannot get it tighter because that collar in the middle wont let the cotter pin slide through with an extra washer on. Notice my bracket it a little bent. Thats what happens when those damn bolts dont come out and you hammer on them

Yeah I cannot get it to! I really effed this up. Do you think the bend in my bracket could affect this? It is so minimal!

That's how mine was, bent and everything. Use a thinner washer. Mine snapped after about 6 months.

I will bend it back tomorrow. I rushed to get it on cause it was dark and raining. I will do a better job tomorrow

Should work fine as is, I bent my one side, just took a hammer and smacked it a few times to bend it back. You might get some clunking up front with it not fitting so tight, but I don't think its gonna hurt anything.

it looks kinda like my setup =D, mine fits more snug though, i got some grade 8 washers and the 2" pin.

Will do. Do you think that even if it were only bent about an 1/8th of a inch it would do that?

I've broke both of mine over the years... might not ever be an issue with yours...
