Question about window trim

Hey guys.
Kinda random question so I put it in modified discussion because I think I have to create new seals myself but....

The window seals on the outside of my 92 xj are so dryrotted they actually scratched the windows.....

is there a way to purchase new rubber outside trim ?
Or is it something not made anymore that I will need to make my own.

I have found some kits on ebay and such. but unsure if these are factory fit..

Finding some things about putting the 97 ones from a junkyard if I can find em....

Thoughts ?

Re: Question about window trim

I don't know about the rear or side windows, but I recently had the windshield replaced on my '99 and the glass shop had no trouble sourcing the rubber seal.

Got mine here:

I have an '87. It was pricey but worth it.
