Re: Projext "V8 XJ" Build

Hey guys. Sorry for the loss of photos. Photobucket is so money hungry. I'll see if I can re-host on Google photos.

Anywho. Jeep has been delayed more. Needed to have more LS in my life.

Registration (big ordeal that I need to either sell the Jeep to my wife or pay a $1200 fine) and exhaust.

Jeep is delayed because we decided to buy a new car. We had a '15 Civic Si that is a little too small for our car seat. So I found something a little bigger (and faster)

Re: Projext "V8 XJ" Build

Mine took 5 weeks to swap (from running with the 4.0 to running with the 5.3). Then it took me 10 months and 4 referee appointments of tweaking stuff to get it CA smog legal. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Stick with it, its worth it!

When you want to be someone you drive a lifted JK, when you already know who you are you drive an old XJ.

Re: Projext "V8 XJ" Build

Hi guys! Don't forget about me!

So jeep has just been sitting. I really have had zero time over the past, pretty much, year. Life has calmed down a bit. Now it's time to get back to it!

I started a list of items i'd like to go back and fix, replace, or change. I've ordered a welder, chop saw, and other things so I can do my own exhaust. I want to drive this thing again!

Yes!

I like how you are using my 'ear plug' trick. Buy a bulk pack and use the rest for your un-prepared friends when you go shooting!

Cross-member stinks?
