WTB a Dodge Durango steering box or upgrade box

My steering box is making a ton of popping and cracking noises and its driven me nuts!!! This is a long shot but someone might have one on hand. I want to upgrade my steering box. Let me know what you have. Thanks Ryan:wave1:

Probably one at u pull u pay in the Springs in the cash for clunker section? Seems I saw a Durango or two there recently.

Be sure to look at the write up on the Durango boxes. They're not all the same. IIRC, it's a 4x2 box, not the 4x4, but the 4x4 box can be modified to work if you're willing to open it up and put it back together.

yeah I have been doing alot of research....Im still on the fence. I may settle for another xj one until I can afford a better setup.

I thought the the 4x2's used a rack and pinion steering?

My box is out of a 4x4 Durango and I all I did was flush it out, paint it, and bolt it up. Works good.
