i got this one with a flowmaster super 40, i also did everything 2 1/2'' pipe all the way back

I thought I wanted 2 1/4 inch tubing? How does 2.5 go on?

im running a flow monster cat that i got off ebay for under 50, and it works great with a flowmaster 40. I got them both 2.5 inch and ran it all the way out the back. with the hiflow cat and the flowmaster, i cut down over 18 inches in length compared to the stock cat and muffler, and now i dont hit it anymore when crawling.

There are pipe adapters available at most auto parts store so you can go from 2.25 to 2.5", ideally you would use a smooth cone like transition which costs more than the step type available at the parts stores.

I'd recommend a furless pussy, but that's just my taste.
